What will the brewery of the future look like?
The macroeconomic situation and outlook in the brewing and food industries, artificial intelligence as a tool for the efficient management of production, logistics, and maintenance, as well as specific experiences with the installation and operation of brewing technologies. All of this was covered at the 16th annual “Brewery Automation and Modernization 2026” conference, which took place at the Wellness Pivovar Monopol Hotel in Teplice.
Thank you to Petr Pohorský for the invitation and for organizing the event; our colleague Karel Tonar represented us there. This year’s event raised a number of interesting questions about the future of brewery automation over the next 10 years, and we were glad to be there.
